Registration Information
The following documents are attached:
NCST 2011 Registration Form—click on the attachment, type in the information, print and sign
Lower Bucks Swim League Insurance Form—print, complete and sign—1 per swimmer.

Cost of Registration for 2011 Swim season, before June 1st, 2011*:

Newtown Crossing Residents: $90 first swimmer, $55 each additional swimmer in the family;
non-Residents: $100 first swimmer, $65 each additional swimmer in the family.
Cost of registration includes both the end of season picnic and coaches’ gifts.

*registrations submitted after June 1st, 2011 will be an additional $25 per family

Volunteer Deposit: $50 per family, at time of registration.

This will be a separate check, and will not be cashed, unless the parent does not show up for an assigned position. Our intention is not to have to cash a single volunteer deposit check, and any un-cashed checks will be returned at the end of the season.
