Lower Bucks Swim League Insurance Form
2009 Newtown Crossing Swim Team Schedule

Please complete the Swim Team Application and ONE Lower Bucks Swim League Insurance Form for EACH swimmer in your family.

Cost of Registration for 2009 Swim season is:
Newtown Crossing Residents: $70.00 for first swimmer and $45.00 for each additional swimmer
Non - Newtown Crossing Residents: $80.00 for first swimmer and $55.00 for each additional swimmer

The registration does include the end of the season picnic and the end of the season coach’s gifts. Please mail payments and forms (or drop off in mailbox) to:
